7. Confidentiality and Data Security

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jHAMMERDIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jHammerDigital LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which jHammerDigital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
